Need Help identifying white fungus

A friend of mine just got some white fungus. It looks like marijuana (bud) but it is entirely white. They taste like mushrooms and a gram gets you high, less visuals than with normal mushrooms tho. So, does anyone know what these are, and where i can get some more info?
