Pans in ATL (need ID)

So i find these Pans in horse / cow poo-poo in a NE ATL, GA field... any idea what kind they are and if they are safe to eat? dark black spores...

They belong to the Panaeolus sphinctrinus/campanulatus complex and are not psychoactive.

safe, but pointless, the talk in question is false.
panaeolus sphinctrinus is never active, furthermore, a mildly active mushroom would lose its precious little active chemicals from the heat of making tea. so if the rumors were true (which they absolutely are not) brewing would not be an effective experiment.
