Randonautica / Chaos Theory Question 1

I see ways of generating random or pseudo random data sets, and how they might be plotted on X/Y axes.
In laymen's terms, how is it determined whether one set of coordinates is especially chaotic?

I'm new to this kind of math.
On closer inspection, the wavy diffraction-pattern-looking overlay is possibly just lots more points, plotted on the map.

I have no idea what your talking about. Let alone much anything need be said to this forum.
Being bored in town of where no desire to be really has my perspective checking this forum as if bettering anything. And to what it's worth, no, doesn't not do a physical thing as need for health.

The user is intended to manifest his written intention, which he writes in the blank provided by the app, and, hopefully, he would be thinking up something nice.
The app's creator believes he is on the verge of a new kind of consciousness, or some new revelation, but at least one hippie festival already portrayed the Gaia / world spirit in terms of a computer.
It would be up to some purposeful or inspired person to operate it.
Or, you can use it as an excuse to stay physically fit, during social distancing. You walk, bicycle, or drive to several places, within your search radius.
(I used to stay near a volunteer fire dept and walked upset dogs toward the sounds of sirens, as they stopped in the distance. Not for the faint of heart.)

I thought that consciousness is something interesting to examine and am sometimes inspired by other people.

If you are generating random data then the generating process would contain everything you need to know.
"chaotic" doesn't really mean anything in this context. "Chaos" is really a poor choice of words in general and not really used in the context of complex systems at this point. James Gleick's Chaos book popularized this idea but it is quite a bit dated at this point.
You can see by this discussion this is not a straight forward question: https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-measure-the-randomness-of-a-sequence
There is no chaos measure though that is going to give an answer like .21 or something like that. There are various information entropy measures that would probably be closest to what you mean by this.
