Monotub Colonization

At what point should I induce fruiting? I think this looks fully colonized. I also have a small what appears to be a yellow contam in the lower right hand corner of the photo. I hit it with UV-C for about a minute over the area of the  suspected contam.

Next time apply a top layer and put your tub in fruiting condition right at spawn, safes a lot of handling #setandforget

I would leave that yellow spot alone, looks like nothing to worry about.

Just put it into fruiting now and leave it be.

Thanks! I used I block coir and 4 qts (2 spawn bags) mixed. Probably should have used 2 more qts of spawn.

She's begging for some FAE! haha. That could be the cause of the yellow (metabs) but it does look oddly defined. I wouldn't worry though looks good besides.

I think a lot of that yellow is exposed grains on the surface.
