Thanks VL! Overnight these turned into the spaghetti variety:

As for temps, I bet bispos would work well at 20C right? I had heart Nats tolerate pretty cold temps compared to cubes so it's good to validate that.

This species looks like an absolute beast. I have got to get my hands on a print. I used to think psilocybin was psilocybin, but after reading reports here, it seems to be MUCH more nuanced as far as effects go.

For me bispo fruited at higher than 20c but mycelium survived to winter with some frozen nights and fruited well next summer.. yes that’s an other good point for nats!

Yeah I think I read online they grow down to around 15C - maybe lower. Thanks to your prints, I will be able to try growing bisporus outside this spring to extend my Pan growing season. Bispos will be spring and fall, Cyans in the summer. I've been trying wood lovers too but its too dry when it gets cold here so need to keep experimenting with things like humidity domes over the beds.

V.L or Hindsight Would either of you ever be willing to trade any prints/swabs of those bisporus? I've got quite a few prints from active species that I can always take a swab/partial from.
I finally put that rosecomb culture onto grain, hopefully it carries over.

Bisporus myc survives winter in Central Europe, and it can fruit as late as October. No fucks given, just keep it fed.

I had bisporus fruiting outside in october when temps at night where about 10C. And had nats indoors growing grazy fast at 27C.

Pins!
...and some bruising from misting. I've been misting and fanning a few times a day, and leaving the lid ajar.

Thanks! Crossing my fingers. This tub is the result of reading as much of this thread as my little eyeballs could handle.

Another tub is about finished. This is from a different print than the first tub to fruit and the genetics definitely look different. This is the spaghetti type I've seen a lot on here. I'm going to dry them and keep them separate from the other type to see if there is any difference in potency.

Nice shoebox! This is the same pheno I consistently get from a print Crackatoa gave me. They are usually pretty potent IME, 4 g dry is an absolute blast off. Good luck with your sampling
