Had some PE in the dehydrator the other day for the first time in a while. Forgot how funky it smells.

Yes I love that rhizo mycelium that comes in . I'm used to seeing that kind... my first grow after a year, and my shoebox isn't colonizing like that, I thought I fucked it up after taking a break for a year. Probably because I compressed my substrate though and was worried that I messed it up and the colonization. I put up a whole thread on it. That rhizo mycelium is also optimal for telling surface conditions. I got more of a tomentose colonization this time in my shoebox, but I think it's because I compressed it too much and the mycelium had a much tougher time colonizing and breaking through like that... it's more matted and tomentose. First grow back, I'm attempting Pink Buffalo. Anyways, it's good to be back on here and chatting with you again my friend!!! That growth looks awesome!!! Which one is that that you're doing?

A selection of MS fruits to isolate. Not going to do them all, just set aside the more interesting ones as I was harvesting.

First few shots here are Pan Cyan (BVI) fruiting in a lasagna tray. Going to try some of these later tonight from a previous harvest!
The second tub here is what I have labeled as PEU, but it's just looking like a normal cube to me. The only characteristic of PEU so far is that the fruiting seemed to take forever. Maybe a misprint?

Beautiful!
Tried my first go at LI and my first go at WBS. It doesn’t seem to dry as well as rye, but I’m impressed by the growth after 3 days.

It was not easy! But in the end Hulk Smash to get it to stand upright! I figured fuck it I'm about to rip this gigantic bitch apart to stick it in the dehydrator so what the hell.

I'm not sure how to work these double quotes apparently, anyhow...
AKA they do smell nastier then regular cubes in the dehydrator. I wonder if it's due to there being more meat in the Mushroom because its more dense making the tissue smell stronger or could it be different chemicals?
