Shroomery won't let me upload images and I dont know how to get imgur to work, maybe this link will
https://imgur.com/a/TQQsihS
8 tuna 4 salmon 2 mussels 2 full sardines 6 sardine fillets 4 corned beef 2 spam 1 flaked ham 1 chicken 1 turkey
About $70 of cans, these are just my snacks, I expect it to last me about 2 weeks or so
I'm not doing carnivore strict this time, but I am doing strict no wheat, and keeping carbs to either animal carbs (dairy) or salads or green veggies
Today I had 3 hotdogs, with big chunks of Parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella and a pickle and a pickled bean for breakfast
And ribs, and a small premade Caesar and small premade Greek salads, and some salami, for dinner, and a yogurt (plain) for dessert
And I'm pretty full, didn't expect that to fill me up for the day, I hope I have this small an appetite tomorrow, can save some grocery monies

If you like canned tuna I recommend mackerel, there's a great deal for cans at some stores.
I love all canned fish though.

So basically a low carb diet. As long as it isn't that goofy all-bacon diet you were doing you really can't go wrong with low carb. Eating high protein and avoiding bad sources of carbs helps a lot with fighting off that gross hunger feeling.
I've been cutting down the sugars but I did slam a pint of ice cream the other day, as sort of a farewell-for-now thing I guess.

Its still mostly a meat diet, I only ate the salad today cuz the grocery store had a couple snack sized salads marked down to two bucks, otherwise id probably have eaten a can of something along with some cheese instead of salad, the plants are more like a once or twice a week thing, not an everyday thing

I love the low carb diet (and I adore tinned meat).
My only problem is.. I LOVE beer.
I'd stay in ketosis were it nor for beer.

make sure you get some low carb veggies and maybe some berries in there too. leafy greens and that kind of stuff. I try to get all the colors to keep it easy. The antioxidents and vitamins are important, and the fiber will make pooping an act of joy like it's meant to be rather than constipated suffering. I've been doing a low carb diet for years. It can't rave about it enough.

Don't get me started on antioxidants and vitamins, I won't shutup
I think fiber is a personal thing, some people swear by it, others seem not to need it, last time I did carnivore I had diahreha for 20 or 30 days and then my poops normalized, never had constipation

Isn't that a ridiculous amount of sodium?
Do things right and eat fresh.
If you can't afford that, change to another diet that cost less to maintain.
A carnivore diet is a rich man diet.

Sodium is fine, oil of any kind is what you want to avoid, if you over do the sodium by a little bit you will just get thirsty and piss it out, if you over do it by too much you will get thirsty @nd liquid shit it our lol
If you are a coffee drinker or if you exercise in the heat of the summer, and you follow the sodium "guidelines", you are actually going to be sodium deficient, getting enough sodium and potassium is very important, for hydration and for your cells to function, salt isn't the boogey man like they would have you believe, there was lots of bad science done outlined in

I think a carnivore diet is a poor man's diet. I'm poor and, with the little food money I have, I buy meat. There's a lot more food value in a lb of meat than a lb of broccoli and it's a lot cheaper. I pay between $1-2.50 per lb for meat, unless I buy bacon.
What I've seen on salt indicates that, not only isn't it a problem, higher salt intake is beneficial. Lower sodium does reduce blood pressure, but it seems to increase your hormone levels, which is more problematic than high blood pressure.
Dr. Jason Fung has a video where it breaks it down well, though there are several others who are also pointing out that salt isn't a problem.
I've never had constipation from eating mostly meat; I have nice, firm poops every other day or so and they're never messy. Not a lot of volume and I never feel full of shit, though many people may think that I am.

The cheapest beef here is 6-7 a pound, pork sometimes goes on for 1.75 a pound, I find birds arnt fatty enough for me so I only get them rarely for something different, when I'm doing carnivore I can spend like $500 a month on food, off carnivore I can spend like $200 a month if I by like noodles and pasta and rice, but I gain weight on the carb diet, I lose it on carnivore

I second the canned mackerel. It took me a little while to acquire a taste for canned fish, but I still can't do sardines. I really wish I liked em, but that fishy taste is just too much.
Mackerel, trout, tuna, and salmon are really good though. Anchovies too, but cooked/mixed into whatever I'm eating. Can't do them straight...

If your planning to do this long term, it would be good to track your body temperature every day. You can get a Bluetooth thermometer pretty cheaply that logs the time and temp on your phone.
You will likely see your body temp drop over time as your metabolism slows down due to the affect of increased cortisol.
