Psilocin and psilocybin aren't very soluble in ethanol.

I think a good extraction is acetic acid, then evaporate and your left with psilocybin(not sure about psylocin).

Psilocine can be extracted from dried mushroom powder in a pharmaceutical sieve with methanol, not ethanol.

And the process can be repeated over and over. This is how it might be done if it was legal to do. However it is illegal by law to possess the chemical substance psilocine and psilocybine.
