i dont need to chuck all the jars right? or do you think the bacteria could easily be in all the rest as well...

the other jars have no smell whatsoever...

Hold on to the others, once the mycelium gets going it secretes a natural anti-biotic, so even if there is bacteria in those jars there wont be for long. Assuming that the mycelium is growing at a fast enough pace, bacteria can multiply a hell of a lot quicker than mycelia can grow but I suggest waiting to see what happens.
