Awesome Munchausen!
I just put a 6 year old Texan print to agar. I hope I have the same luck as you.

Got a little carried away with two CV zipblocks from some Maza oats that looked not-too-shabby. Shook up easy. Too much substrate. We will see.

A nice little cluster is coming in for the second flush of this Blue Meanie zipblock from a single pint of BRF spawn with CV.

Christmas came early.

This is good because I have a lot of agar work to do!

Some more oats coming along...

I was think the same thing. My PE6 culture didnt do anything close to that. Yours turned out damn cool, you plan on cloning/have masters already? Cause those are cute. And Long.

Thanks! That tub was from the second transfer from mss on agar. I also ran that same syringe straight to grain and the stipes were much meatier! I have 3 clones I’m working with.

I suppose my C3 clone came from this same MS>agar.

Thanks for taking notice. It’s been cool to watch what this variety can do when it has some room to stretch out on a mono. I only had it in 16qt shoeboxes previously. I’m really eager to get my C2 spawned!

nom nom nom those are some fat ass tubs, nice grow! My melmak culture from a swab doesn't look very good on agar after 4 transfers..I'm gonna throw it into a couple jars just to test my luck but I don't have very high hopes for it.

Thanks Bigfoot and faht! Good luck with your culture BF, I've had some ugly Melmak cultures with V-shaped gaps in the mycelium produce really nicely so you never know.
