air exchange

i dont have the time to fan my casings as much as i should. instead of using seperate terrariums, i am going to plastic off part of a room, put my casing trays on a shelf in the plastic "room" , using a cool mist humidifier with hoses coming out of it to promote air exchange and humidity. I will dilute water with peroxide to put in humidifier. What I want to know is will the outside air contaminate the "room" by going through the humidifier or will the filters take care of it?

humm u can try this cheap idea instead i dunno how big or how many set ups u have u can do 1 pump to a a few totes depending on the out put of air the pump dose

dont use the ice if your temps are good around your set up for growing

but the air going into humidifier will be coming from outside of the "room"....won't contamination occur?

ill put ice right in my humidifier. this will help because i have my incubator in the same room with heater.

your using a cool mist? cause i dunno if thats a good idea with a ultra sonic im not fimular with wool mist they work a lil def

it's ok to do with cool mists. I also have an ultra sonic which has a seperate chamber for holding water than for "misting", which also can hold ice harmlessly. Works great

Check this out

Each time I fill a dehydrator, cool mist or ultrasonic, half a bottle of h2O2 in each. Been a year sinse and inside they dtill look like new.

man, how's the air supposed to be pumped in to the growing chamber from the ice watered bucket? please explain.. I will need some tips on air exchange too..
