The wife is in the medical field and I attribute that pin to her. She was absolutely invaluable for teaching me how to setup a sterile environment. I was really surprised to see how into it she actually got and we have been discussing a full blown lab, we’re in the middle of remodeling, and one tiny closet isn’t gonna cut it. Lol. Thank you everyone, but I know you’re right, there will be a lab! Excited to get into agar, and cloning, etc.

I totally feel you man, being in the medical field has been a huge help for me as well both in technique, and in access to sterile supplies. Also there is nothing like the sweet satisfaction at the first glimpse of pinning beginning. I always find myself going and peeking through the side of my bulk tub at my sub to look for new pins coming in or notable change to the pins that are already there.
Here's a little mutant in my current sub for the Pic tax

Some Blue Meanie BRF with CV in a Faht bag (not even a well done fhat bag and it’s taking off a bit!).
Some BRF jars that are happy. Nine Tidal Wave jars with…nothing.
Some slightly bacterial Mazatapec oats that were from before I had a Presto and wasn’t really sure if I ever hit the proper PSI.

Those are some chunky pins! Even the worst bags I’ve had, where they look like they’ll do absolute shit, always pull through in the end… if you don’t get an amazing first flush, you’ll get the rest in the second flush

Definitely the pea+. It was my first and maybe because it’s the closest to being done lol. It’s also damn strong and pretty. The pe/apeu is next because of all the diversity that can be seen and also strong.
If I ever get the motivation, I’ve got a pe/F+ double swab that needs to be grown out that I’m excited about

At what point do you consider the cross stabilized?
Those pea+ bags I see you post are beautiful

Inoculated 10/12, BRF to bulk. Got my first pin yesterday. I don’t know how this will all turn out, but I’m super excited, and appreciate being here with so many knowledgeable people. Thanks!

Yes, everyone except the person on anti psychotics claimed to feel effects from a single one, fresh.
I felt like I got more than I bargained for eating 6-7 of them fresh
Felt like it had more than just psilocin, some supporting chemical that made it more awake, clear, focused

does this count as a cult pic? I'm reviving 8 month old grains of a culture I thought I lost forever! I found an old spawn jar I never cleaned out, dropped the remaining grains onto agar and one of them is jumping off today!
