I dipped back in at the wrong time last night and set the bar just .2 too high when I went to bed, now I'm still stuck on em waiting/hoping for that last spike to jack out on, or on a real spike if I get really lucky; I'm not buying it anymore though
LRC's value is in ETH's high fees, as well that it's offering cross-platform which other competitors in it's market are not. It is due to make some more big leaps in the coming months but I bet it will crash down hard some time after. Like, real hard, like dump alltogether. But first I think it's up for a lot more growth after this sideway streak is over. Gotta make sure I dip back in before that happens.
Reminds me, I totally foresaw cardano was gonna make that jump, already was stuck in lrc's lows so said fuck it. Should have done it anyways. Hindsight...
What are your thought on SHIB today?
Guys, nobody here in the Loop about the whole Loopring/Gamestop NFT marketplace connection? Its all over Reddit for crissake.
This thing will keep popping for a considerable longer time, IME.

It is the time now if you do want in. Might take a couple days to recover from the current dip though. it's lost it's momentum and i don't think it'll be up tomorrow, but maybe I'm wrong. Could be it's up in 10 mins too. Gamestop I knew about. I've made considerable on LRC twice, and then lost it all again, twice
It's a learning curve alright.
Still. I went from 825 to 1400 in less than 48 hrs...

Regarding Tezos, an industry contact has noted that their primary dev shop TQ imploded and the founding team left, and although the Tezos foundation is well funded, it has undergone two wars internally regarding its treasury. In addition to really slowing things down, this has had the unintended effect of discouraging competent dev teams from wanting to build on the platform, creating something of a negative feedback loop. This could help explain why XTZ price has been underperforming many other assets. I'm getting very close to peeling back further on XTZ, even as presently it comprises a relatively minor 7% of my overall portfolio. This thing really ought to stay above $6 if we are to expect continued upside near-term, and right now it's having a hard time doing that.

Looks like you pretty much nailed it, it got to $3.74 and then dropped. I'm going to stay in it and forget about it, never know what will happen months from now.

If we instead explode higher outside of the upside of the channel by blasting through $5K before the week is out, I would look at that as an opportunity for traders to raise a bit of cash by beginning to sell incrementally into the acceleration, under the expectation that $4-$5K will almost certainly face a retest thereafter, as it remains home to our prior peaks.
Here's that $4.5K ETH, if we don't get a bounce here very soon, one should expect, at a minimum, some sideways rangebound consolidation for a period of days.

I remember back in May after ATH's buying the dip thinking I was getting basement prices. Still waiting for some of those sell orders to hit.
Conservatory bought some ADA and SOL.

Got a bit greedy, missed my buy order by ~15 cents on LINK and 30 cents on XTZ. I was at work all day, didn't have time to check if the orders filled.
I knew a dump was coming so I sold a bunch of LINK and XTZ a couple days ago after they bounced...would have made $16k if that order hit. Should have just aimed for $10k
I'm still in the money if I were to buy back now but shit that sucks . Would be about $4.5k in profits rn. Think I might hold out though.

Sold 1250 XTZ. I'm officially working with 6 figures of 100% gains. I hope I don't come off as gloating I took an enormous risk nearly a year ago of investing the entire proceeds of the sale of a home. Thanks to my wife for supporting what could've ended very badly. Haven't made all the right decisions but made enough of them to make some cash for our retirement in Florida. Thank you geo for starting this thread and all those that have contributed their strategies.

Wow that is aweome. Congrats. I'm always curious to know what peoples stakes are and if they've been successful obviously I want to listen to what they have to say. Successes and failures.
What where your big winners and what are your top interests looking forward ? Care to share any stategies youve learned?

Hate to admit it but percentage wise for gains shibs was big.
When ETH was diving I converted a lot the XTZ and it took off due to a momentary adaptation and sold high. Reinvested in XTZ and lost some but still overall made out pretty well. Still staking a decent chunk of change.
Right now my largest positions are ETH and SOL.
Strategically I look for alts that have recently taken a huge bounce then buy in on a dip if I think the tech has some legs. Most recently Playdapp, Jasmy, Mana, IOTX and loopring have all performed well.wish I would've help loopring longer but gains are gains.
For the most part I sell in 20% increments on a minimum of 25% gains.
I took a huge hit back in May so I've been through all my gains can disappear in a moment and learned from that and adjusted my strategy accordingly.

You might enjoy this article:
The article has piqued my interest in Koinos, the only problem is how darn illiquid the thing is. It's only available via Uniswap and even relatively small orders (~$10K-$15K) are suffering from 5% negative price slippage, not to mention the $100-$200 in gas fees on top. I'm going to keep this one on my screens however. The chart clearly exploded when the CoinTelegraph article above was posted earlier today, gaining a quick 50% over the past 7 hours. If it can settle back to $1 and I'm paying attention, I'll start nibbling at it. Solid team, interesting angle, very illiquid and just over $100MM market cap, but I can see this making some monster moves if it launches a standalone "layer 0" network as intended. Basically gunning for Polkadot's value proposition with added feature sets.

I'm a little celebratory buzzed but I haven't been able to find KOIN on uniswap.
Enkidu thank you. I've always been your quiet private cheering section and hope you do very well.
