Getting on board this thread
I have 9 cuttings all 7-10” I bought about a year ago, and 30 seedlings that are 1/4-1/2” tall.
The cuttings have not grown much but seem to be taking root nicely. They are in suboptimal growing conditions living in windowsills.
I really want to try cactus because I never have, I’m considering buying some cuttings to consume since mine are taking longer than I expected.
Mine are beautiful often I wake up at night and look over at their silhouettes in the darkness and enjoy them living and sharing my room with me.

I repotted a bunch of Bridgesii that I sowed last May. They were all poking each other hopefully they will be more happy and survive the repotting. There are 19 little pots with 4-6 youngsters in each one.

I pasteurized the soil and sowed in front of my flow hood, all things I could do easily hence shroom growing. I kept them covered in plastic takeout containers with black bases and clear tops for 4-5 months and then uncovered. Just learning as I go. Thanks for the kind words Grey Fox

SS02 is supposed to be one of the strongest Trichocereus. The one time I tried it SS02 was very bitter and quite strong.
Is that plated in the ground? Looks great.

Good report GreyFox Sounds like a challenging integration with a lot of tough insights. Did you make any specific changes to your life since? Were the shortcomings things you can take action on or just things to accept?

Hey bridge heads I was driving back from the mountains and stopped at a cactus nursery I say off the road.
I’m not on FB but I guess this spot is known by some of the FB groups because they asked if I was part of them because of my interest in “certain” cacti
Snagged these two for my collection. Sorry to post a non bridge but couldn’t resist adding a beautiful Copiapoa hypogaea to my small apt garden.

It’s a rooted and potted cutting and was $30 which I though was a good price (for insane California).
I guess they have a “world class” private collection that they give the FB groups tours of when they come as a field trip.
