i am sorry i don't have a camera, but here is the description
habitat:by a telephone pole on a little tree stump, by the road, some were also in the grass sort of.
gills: cinnamon brown, not connected to stem, white at tips
cap: 2-3 inches in diamter, spherical, yet wavy, brown dot in the middle, surronded by a light yellow that fades to a darker yellow, then gray, then white on the edges.
stem:narrow, hollow, fibery, white at the top, and a little darker at the bottom, kinda curves, 2-4 inches long, dusted at the top with spores.
spore print:dark brown to balck
i don't know what it is my guess is probally Panaeolus foenisecii, or some type of pan, but i suck at i.d.ing. i am new at, i enjoy hunting and trying to idenify, but i am just not good yet, so any help is much appreciated

Sounds almost like a cubie to me but hey I'm no mycologist. But you say they were growing on wood? Do they bruise blue?

Rusty, please don't give advice if you don't know what you're talking about. Making impropper IDs can get someone killed in this field. One can tell they're obviously not cubensis because they were growing from a log and have a brown spore print. Neither one of those characteristics matches up for Psilocybe cubensis.

ANd why guess it might be a Mycena ifg you do not w know what color the sporeprint is.
Please do not generalize or agree with others if you do not know what you are talking about,
