Found this in the forest. I hope the pictures speak for themselves. They were growing from leaves right beside a wide parth, and there were a lot of them.
Oh and there was no round base of the stype, in case thats relevant. I only know that with Amanitas it is.

I'm in two minds about these. I think they're either Clitocybe nebularis, or one of the charred Russula species. Are the gills brittle? Is the flesh granular? Do they bruise red turning to black? Do they have a perfumed smell?

) Is it edible, or rather, would *you* eat it? It says it should be edible, but for some, i just wonder for how many, can cause GI problems, like upset stomach.
