The bad three look only bruised, but one of them has some grey on it so that might be bad. Wait for one of the more experienced people here, but this might have done better in cultivation i think so you might wanna ask again there.

Yep, could be water bruising, which I had the first time. But could alos be contams.

My advice, get some close up pictures of each cake, and post in the Contamination forum.

Look like just a bruising from this distance, I agree get some better pics.

OR, read some stuff on your own search some pics of bruised cakes and decide for yourself.

i did "read some stuff on my own" and search some pics of bruised cakes but the grey is cobweb mold and that is bad stuff. yes ??.
i tried Mixing up a 1/10 hydrgen peroxide, water solution in a spray bottle and lightly mist the infected area daily to control or completely eradicate contam.i got that from reading some stuff on my own. but it was to late:crying:

i just wonted in put from others. :finger:

Well, first let me say it does look like bruising to me. Which color do you see, green ? blue ?
Regarding your questions
1- Search the faqs, there is plenty of info about glove boxes. Glove boxes are mainly used to create a sealed environment so you can work much safer. It's excellent for inoculation procedures.
2- I would use something clean. Don't use a magazine, it collects dust, it's handled many times and it could rest in dirt places. Use common sense.
3- the light is ok but the timings can be inadequate, give it 6 or 7 hours at pinning stage, decrease for fruiting. The best thing is to buy a timer and use it properly.

if its grey fuzz, kinda looks like threads from a wool sock, then its probably cobweb, it does kinda look like bruising but the pics are too far from the cake to tell.

Are you putting this in the same terrarium as the healthy ones?

I thought contamination can spread from cake to cake. Be careful, but then again I could be wrong :\

What would be a better alternative clean device for daily fanning ?
(If you take an new unused magazine it would be better, but, there is still the dust issue)

Something like plastic or glass are excellent because they are very easy to clean.
You can grab a magazine, put it inside a plastic bag, clean it and it will have the same effect.
Btw, you can do a lot of other things for sealing purposes with plastic bags, they're wonderful

A sheet or two of printer paper, straight from the ream.
