I already have a spare EQ print but I guess I'll just do it pf style. Should I use my 10 gallon or the small hexagonal tank? I'd put perlite on the bottum and an airpump hooked up to a bubbler blowing in the top of either one, and an exhaust hole near the bottum.

Hmmm sounds good. There are horse stables walking distance away from my house that have about an acre of huge mounds of horse crap that have been composting for years. Could I use that? There are always tons of mushrooms growing out of it in the fall, I've never dared to eat any of them though.

With only 1 cake you should do up another 6- 1/2 pint jars and use the single cake to spawn the others.

My god, is that broccoli...

Wouldn't spawning horse crap be better? I would have to wait for all the cakes to colonize, and thats gonna be a hard.
