I heard sardines are an answer to everything and so I started eating it with bread white bread and rye bread and tomatoes and olives
and it was an answer for everything
all fields become better from them at least more preferable
then I ate it with tomatoes just sardines and tomatoes
and this is better because you avoid bread and you can eat it more because it is more appealing than with bread today I ate it two times and then you get more sardines more sardine medicine sardine assistance
it is better for the body because there is no bread it's healthy enjoyable
I am very happy with it
but then I thought it's better with stew the sardines become better from being in stew cooking for 6 hours
so suddenly I had a ladder of it getting better
those three steps
the stew is this sardines carrot onion bay leaf onion peels cooked for 6 hours it is good with flute and with tomatoes
the basic rule and recommendation is eat sardines preferably daily that is what it is it is what it is what it is the most important thing is getting it in

eating without bread is extra it's probably an improvement is what it is means what it means
the cooking the sardines make the sardines better much better
whatevery you do the sardines must be taken in
THAT'S ALL
mmm

One of the most tasty dishes I ever tried were Sardine con cipolle e aceto (Sardines with onions in vinegar) in Venice, Italy. Sardines, raisins, pinenuts and onions with vinegar. It may sound a strange combination but it was delicious. If you are ever in Venice, I highly recommended it.
You made me remember this delicious dish, Ferdinando.

Sardines are the secret to my spaghetti.
Olive oil, diced onion, diced celery, grated carrot and a few boneless skinless sardine fillets. Saute this down and the sardines disappear and leave no fishy flavor but instead its more of a umami taste to the sauce.

Sardines rule. I've eaten them right out of the can since childhood. No regrets, full flavor!
Now; anchovies, anyone?

Damnit guys... It's 3 am here and you just reminded my that I have both sardines and some kippered herring. I need to be in bed, but if I go now I'll just lay there thinking about sardines... but who eats sardines at this hour?
