 Pondering Wormwood

while deciding which plants to grow in my garden... wormwood keeps entering my mind.
ive found some guidance on growing this plant, but was wondering if anyone here had any real experience with it?
all the things im reading about online state *basically* regular gadening tips, with a few exceptions. but, regardless, has anyone here grown Artemisia absinthium?

i have been growing it, this season, i started inside in march and moved out mid april. it is really easy to grow, just sow the seed when last frost has passed, it is sort of wild herb so it doesnt need any care. another easy one is opium lettuce.

hey thanks... thats kind of the impression ive been getting. what are the perks of opium lettuce? im unfamiliar with that one.

it has a relaxing effect, like opium, but it is never like marijuana of course. u can smoke it in a water pipe and get mildly sedated.

http://www.alchemy-works.com/artemisia_absinthum.html Start them in peat or coir with a bit of organic matter, spread the seeds about one per 1/2" (there real small) cover with 1/8" of dry peat mist and cover with plastic wrap and mist every other day or so.
I just planted mine yesterday in a 8x11 alluminum tray.
You need absinthe flavoring or you need to make it using a variety of spice leaves. Also real absinthe is distilled to make it much more paletable.
You can buy worm wood from www.iamshaman.com and you can get absinthe flavoring and instructions for a cheap and effective still from www.easttnstills.com If you make a batch of absinthe (~5 bottles) and sell 3 bottles for $50 each youd easily make your money back, and people love absinthe since its a "light" drug.
I made a batch of undistiled absinte and it was really bad, im waiting till i make my still before i try wormwood again.

This is the absinthe flavoring i was talking aboout (first item) it has no wormwood though http://easttnstills.com/Liquer-Essences.htm They also have wormwood extract http://easttnstills.com/schnapps-essences.htm but id rather make it from scratch so you know the potency, and its cheaper going from scratch anyways.
