Nice plate, that's catwalk material.

Is that a pin growing on the wedge?

Yeah what’s going on there??

Did you put a grain to agar and then cut it out and transfer it?

Looks like a solid culture.

Got my first ATL7 shoebox going right now and throwing some good clusters to clone.

They look like Tamps.

Hmmmm I do have a shoebox of tamps going next to it but I don't think I mixed up labels.

ATL7 are tampanensis right? are they really that distinguishable at these earlier stages?

I'm not sure what ATL7 really stands for. But I'd bet my ass that those really are Tamps  It's possible that ATL7 is just a weird name for Tamps, but I'm not qualified to answer that.

The main agar dish this came from has started to form pins all along the surface. So I cut wedges around the pins to avoid cutting them and this transfer had a pin along with the agar wedge.

Atl was recently determined to be tampanensis but they definitely have some visible differences.

ATL7 stands for Atlantis #7. They were originally sold as P. atlantis then that was updated to P. galindoi. However Alan Rockefeller sequenced them and they are in fact P. tampanensis. Not confusing at all!

Check this thread: What is ATL#7?

Nice thanks for the clarification pitcher.

Here's that shoebox now. Definitely cloning some of these clusters

And here's how the wild coast is turning out. Weak ass flush but at least the few fruits it's producing look good
