I suggest you go down to your nearest walmart and see if they will give you free stuff, just tell them you give away free spores, they'll let you go on a shopping spree!

Selling prints for 1/2 - 1/25 of what other vendors charge for the same prints is giving them away. And while I'm a newbie, your a newbie, I doubt everyone on this site is a newbie, if they were, then there wouldn't be much point in coming here. The blind would be leading the blind, which unfortunately does happen some.

Actually McMan, seeing how you sell the most expensive accessory of all, you'll be a millionaire long before me!
But I like this anology: If you ran a resturaunt and some guy set up his hot dog stand in front of your door, how long before you kick his ass down the street? Or would you give him free wieners to cook up for what may have been your customers?
Its kind of funny cuz ralphster doesn't realize what a waste of time his efforts are. When I was giving out free prints 3 years ago, I quickly realized that if you say 'free', everyone will take one. Even if they don't really have an interest. Half the prints I gave away prolly went to waste. So I charged a bit to cover costs and only those really interested asked for them. That worked better. But I still wonder how many of those people would know what to do with a print? Probably only 10% of the prints I gave out were used properly.
So now, at 3 syringes for $25, I give really decent prices without devalueing the spores and I know that only serious individuals will order and I feel a lot better about the time I spend. I know the spores are appreciated much more this way.

This thread sucks, I think whereabout edited his post. I seem to remember him saying something more to piss me off than I read just now, or maybe I've just been up too long and am high and mellowed out. I skipped the shroomery for a day or two, and it really sucks today.
I don't think W is whereabouts, he didn't play much of a part in this thread.

Its interesting how Captain Max keeps saying that Spam isn't allowed in these forums... If that were the case, wouldn't your link in your sig be also considered spam??
The Spam issue is really non existant, Ryche loves to show us pics, McMan designs a beautifull cultivator and shares it with the mushroom community, Ralph spreads free spores, etc...... I and many others want to see Ryche's pics, McMans innovation, and support Ralphs tireless and generous effort! You seem like the only one getting upset over it, obviously a lot of people dissagree with you.
Sorry Captain, but you are the one that sounds like a child in this argument, I can't imagine you don't see that many in this community dissagree with what you're saying and you are only making yourself out to be the bad guy here.
Stop complaining about SPAM, because there is nothing wrong with people telling us about relevant goings on in the cultivation community. In Ralphs post he shouldn't have even apologized, he had every right to post here and I for one am tired of this SPAM debate because as far as the Moderators go we feel this is acceptable posting.

Thor, a sig is one thing, everybody has it and no one is forced to click and read it but when the actual body of a post is just blatent spam then it is not supposed to be allowed. If we don't keep a check on that type of stuff, everybody will be posting it and then this place will look like a slum. We'd have to wade through all the ads to find
the cult. info. We've got enough shit starting to pile up around here again already!
If it was allowed, I would be posting it too but it is shroomery policy. If you don't believe me, go back to where you register to become a member of the shroomery. There is about 2 pages of legaleze and an 'I accept' button then you become a member. Now I realize that most people don't read all that fine print legaleze and I guess the shroomery knows that too because they kept the most important information for last. Just above the 'I accept' button, where it is hard to miss, is the line regarding spam.
But as I've already stated, taken in the context as as a 'new product announcement' then its ok.
By the way, I really don't care what other people think. It's impossible to please everybody. I hold strongly to my beliefs and I believe I'll...have another piece of pie!

Ah the truth at last indeed. I am glad to hear that spam when deemed relevant is considered welcome. Now maybe this issue or rather non-issure can finally be put to rest. Also tonight it became clear that when spam is not deemed relevant it will not be tolerated. I for one am very happy to see both things being inforced.

Hard to find species..? I find them as plentiful as cubes. You are out to make money, and there are plenty on this board that still give away prints for free. I have about 40 pan cyans prints left over from last season, not "vendor quality" but have traded many and many have had success with them. First 40 or so to PM me get one. I will require you mail a stamp to me though.. Nothing against you of course ralph, youd be my choice if i didnt do trades, or was too proud to let someone send one to me free.
