i dont have a flow hood but that design seems odd. seems like you would just be blowing air around in the box. since you went through the trouble why not just build a proper flow hood?

I spent $250 on a used 60x30 with a 16 gauge top and 1 drawer under the work surface - I got one with no backsplash so my FFU could hang off the back of it. New ones were about the same price for the size, but were a slightly thinner steel (18 gauge).

I got a stainless steel table like that, 164USD on Amazon, 48 inches wide. One of my favorite cult purchases. Free shipping, but that was with Prime.

yep I paid about $150 for that one. The one I got brand is Tehma, you want to check the gauge. Not sure about the gauge but it's high quality.
And you're probably gonna want at least 2 of them to have enough work space.

Got a few inches in height with this 200q surprisingly most of the extra volume was in the height category. Jumped on it cause I never see these clear ones at the home improvement stores.
Now I need a bigger table lol.
Anyone have luck finding cans with a 7 inch diameter?

I just bought the same one and really like it. The visibility is bad though - the plastic is more milky and wavy than my other one. So I cut a big area out of the front and siliconed some clear plexiglass over it. Problem solved. For the arm holes I just used a 6” hole saw.

I'm doing my DIY flowhood. The factory I'm dealing with is ready to ship me a hepafilter and prefilter. They're offering me H14 60x30x15cm hepafilter but they don't know what kind of prefilter they should offer me. They offered E11, F7 and F9. Does anyone have thoughts on this?

I’m gonna start keeping an eye out for restaurant equipment at auctions, I really want a table like that and I bet you can get them for like $40 there.

You don't necessarily need to order your prefilter through a specialist manufacturer like that, we typically just use "furnace filters" from a big box store that are designed for central air conditioners. Perhaps your country doesn't have common AC systems though.
F7-F9 filters are the same thing as our high quality "allergen Type" furnace filtes, https://www.emw.de/en/filter-campus/filter-classes.html Looks like F7 would be 80% 0.4micron and F8 90% and F9 95%
Ask them if they offer a washable prefilter in the F7 level. I would get a washable prefilter as good as they can offer and go with that. Ask them for static pressure information if you want to be accurate with your fan.

Thank you very much for the answer. FreshCap Mushroom had that furnace filter in his DIY flowhood. I was going to go for is, but then I thought about why not buy everything from Aerofil GmbH.
I send them an email about washable F7 prefilters. Now it's just waiting...

Just set up the gourmet tent. Time to order the humidifier set up.
Will a computer fan be appropriate for the tank? Not too sure how I should go about this.

I'm running a waterproof computer fan from House of Hydro for my humidifier setup. Works great. Basically same setup as here, including the ultrasonic fogger: https://thehouseofhydro.com/blogs/fog-blog/how-to-make-a-home-or-greenhouse-humidifier-easy-diy
It works great. Can use either cycle timers or 120v humidity controller. I also have the fan speed and humidifier speed controller knobs which help dialing things in. Can easily and quickly get to 100% humidity or any amount under that.

No problem. He has some youtube videos showing you a better view of everything, and of the construction. I think he has links to them from the main page.
This is what mine looks like. You can see the computer fan on the tub. I use a 3-disc mister. It works well. Could go with a 9 disc though. Depending on what you are growing. 3 disc is more than adequate for cubes.

They have washable G4 filters, but no F7. Dammit.
