Do these Reishi look ok?

Are these ok looking? And are they ready to harvest?

Should they be hard, not soft like oyster or other mushrooms?

Yes they look good, they have more to grow until the tips varnish over and are no longer white.  Soon as they do that they're ready for harvest. 

Try to keep high humidity to keep them growing for as long as they will, those look pretty small so they should have a ways to go but dryness will make them varnish and quit growing early.

Yes they should be hard not soft like a regular mushroom, that's normal :thumbup:
