where are the pins located? sides i'd bet and if i'm right then you are fanning too often. slow it down there fellow. once a day is plenty for me when i use fan and mist setup. i've never seen a humidity so high that it would inhibit pinning but a too low of a humidity would.

your having fluctuations in your growing environment, you are fanning to often for a container that small, 1-2 a day is okay, if your worried about CO2 build up drill a hole about 1/2 to 1" about the casing to allow CO2 to escape (fill the hole with a piece of cotton soaked in alcohol if contams worry you.) oh and lights are important, but only if you are going for optimum conditions......*scratches head* dont anyone read Paul Staments books anymore?

You don't want grow lights but the ultra violet fluros they sell at petstores for fishtanks might help. Maybee you should try deep scratching??
