I'd say that one there is an inactive Panaeolus sp. Probably P. papilionaceus.

from what i can tell Panaeolus sp. is not posionous, correct? if there are a few immature Panaeolus sp. mixed in with my libs, does this pose a problem?

I don't recommend eating inactive Panaeolus species. They're not toxic but will give you as much indigestion as the next raw mushroom (cooked should be fine). They're not particularly tasty either.

No black-spored mushrooms are known to be toxic.
