I always thought I was to keep the incubation and casing-run temps at about 85 degrees and the fruiting temp at about 70 degrees. Usually all my pins form in about 3 days time, it's been about 5 since the first one.

I also have a humidifier downstairs, I'm not sure it was getting wnough light until I bought the shop light. It looks pretty dormant though.

Since you've changed settings you need to be absolutely certain of the temperature and of the humidity. Your old method may no longer work in the new space if it's a different size, or if the floor is now concrete instead of wood, as well as other odd things that may at first seem unimportant.
What surprises me the most is that you've been doing this 3 years the exact same way :)
My suggestion, make sure that light is providing enough light. You sound pretty resourceful so I'd get a thermometer/hygrometer to check up on things if you dont already have one. Wait a few days and see if the new light makes a difference. If it doesnt, then you can rule out one condition. You're right on about the incubation/casing-run temperature though.

I think the gravel gets too cold at night. If it did, how do I get a second flush? It looks like it would normally right before a flush hypheal knots and all, It's just dormant. Maye do some scratching? I've already taken measures to warm it up.

Hmm. Well, scratching may be an option but since you've corrected the (possible) problems, for right now I'd wait and see. By scratching you may lose the casing altogether, but by waiting the worst that could happen is it fruits. If it still fails to pin, then I'd try lightly ruffling the surface, spraying it nicely and maintaining proper conditions.

perhaps it lack sufficient moisture to support a flush.
but more likely there are contams lurking below the surface of that casing.

It's not contaminated, I'm confident of that.
Someone should email me a bowl.
