All of the sudden, trich in jars. WHY?

I need some education. I've never had trich in jars until these last two runs. Working in front of a flow hood. Same needle and syringe, same inoculant. Lost 3 jars from last run and this seems to be the only lost from this batch of 10. Some more info but I dont think its relevant. Lab and grow are in the same room but the grow is in the closet. I've had trich in the closet of course, but never in jars.

But you can see I knocked them up on the 6th, it's the 13th and none of these jars are colonizing. Half dont show any growth, the other half have a literal few grains with growth.

I used 4 different LCs. The grain is stored in the garage, where spent tubs (some with trich) sit until the next day for disposal. Grain is in a brute trash can with a lid. Thats all the info I can think to give but any input would help a lot it certainly be very appreciated.

We've had people using "LC" when they mean spore syringe. Just want to be clear about which you mean? If its a true LC, well its not always easy to keep them clean in the first place. If spores....

Grain water knocked up with agar. Looks good, nice colony with nothing on top. Made some more agar tonight to test it all on.

I made them all the same week, in May and just now using them.

Word, but if I'm pumping 10cc in each, wouldnt it show up in all? Or not necessarily?

It's not the only possibility. I mean "working in front of a flowhood" means nothing and is very easy to botch. I could easily make a video of myself working in front of a hood that would look good to many people, but would result in all media being contaminated in days.

Right right, I get that, I guess I really meant I'm not in a SAB, so the likelihood of consistent conditions for each inoculation at least seem more likely. I like to think I've fucked enough things up and watched enough videos that I at least know how to maintain sterile technique and stay mindful of movements. I change clothes, lotion arms, wet hair and brush it, use a full cover face shield, gloves. I like to think im pretty conscience of what I'm doing.

But even with all that, I'm not perfect. It's just that this is new. I cant put my finger on what's changed. Just assume in not the vector (big assumption, I know), what does it sound like?
