A lot of people would like to see New England vs Tampa Bay. I would like to see New England vs Green Bay. I'm not sold on Arizona; not sure why.
When Packers beat the Bears in Chicago, Aaron Rodgers said I own you!. I don't know what else he can say after the Bears travel to Green Bay this week.
That's why I want to see Bill Belichik put Aaron Rodgers dick in the dirt in the Super Bowl. How much can one team possibly improve in one year? Whatever kind of a genius Bill was before, he has transcended that.
But that's still secondary to the most important things in the world, which is Rodgers being on a different team next year and the Bears having a different coach and GM.

Sorry I’ve been busy lately. Work, kids, Xmas shopping plus some problems with my grow tent. Didn’t watch any games. Seen the score though. Glad we didn’t lose to the fucking jets.

I haven't been watching the nfl this year. My team has a QB I can't stand and a pis poor record, they aren't giving me anything to route for. All of this corona shit doesn't help either, just not interested in the product they're putting out this year.

I bet Belichik is already gameplanning for an AFC Championship game against KC. For whatever reason Mahomes has only a couple good games since week 4, but NE has a rookie QB, so they will both be trying to exploit the weaknesses in that position. It would be a good matchup.
When NE beat Buffalo in a key game a couple weeks ago with windy conditions, they attempted 3 passes. That's thinking outside the box.

He's ruined for life in the NFL. I wonder if a major college program would even want him now, despite his past success?

Football is slowly becoming my least favorite sport. This obsession with protecting quarterbacks has gone too far. Just saw a roughing the QB call because the player landed on top of the QB when he sacked him. Isn't that how a fucking tackle works? Are these guys supposed to magically push off and separate themselves in the air after they hit the QB now?
It blows my mind that they pay dudes millions of dollars to hit the QB just to hold their breath and hope its not a penalty.

We've all known that it's been bad but i swear it got even worse. I just can't stand watching a game anymore because literally every time i want to celebrate i have to stop and wait to see if there's a flag first. It really takes the fun out of the game.
Chickenhawks playing right now and for the most part they look like shit but somehow the game is tied. I'm rooting for them.

Yep I have to agree that the penalties in the NFL are at the apex of egregiousness. It’s going to cause a decline in viewership of it continues that way. Out of my control though I have too much FF interests to leave the sport at this point.
Also the Chiefs are awesome for the next 5-10 minimum and I wanna milk that motherfucking cow for all it’s worth. KC back on top, all they have to do is not lose and they get a bye week, and I win a cool hundo on their win totals for season bet.
In other news, league is a fucking mess. I don’t know who’s to blame for this shit, but it’s most likely Goodell pulling his BS and causing as much drama as he and his NFL cronies can muster. Really fucked up week 15 and 16 ain’t looking much better.

I really don't understand why you can't challenge a penalty. You can literally challenge almost anything else, why not use replay when the refs CLEARLY cannot get it in real time. I don't even blame them a lot of the time, but I feel like there is a huge ego or corruptive force at play here for them to not be using the technology to make it the most fair game possible. I kind of understand having a computer do your job for you makes you feel like shit but referees are still needed and on those plays when you can't even tell if his shoe lace touched the line if the replay shows what happened why not use it?! I think draft kings, fantasy, and the expansion of gambling on the NFL has turned it into a league ripe with corruption
I've never heard of an official fixing games in the NFL; but I highly doubt none of them gamble on the games they are calling. If it was me, I'd make the judgement call whichever way covers MY SPREAD too.

I think the penalties more so affect the spread when they have a chance to do so and not have it be an egregiously obvious fixed call. It's hard to call everything for one team to win the whole game without looking very biased and one sided, but it's another thing entirely to take a couple scores off the board for whichever team is gonna fuck their bet up. My conspiracy theory anyways, I'm extremely suspicious and wouldnt doubt that it happens.
Anyway my point still stands, WHY can penalties not be reviewed, they have the same impact on the game that the spot, possession etc does
