Well as JuR said, Mushrooms are not legal in Holland. They are tolerated.

And only if fresh, although middle eastern people as well as hindi and pakastani will sell paclkets of dried shrooms from under the couter, a store can be charged with illegal activities if the shrooms are dried and not fresh.

In the UK, it's class A, B, C.

I just find it stupid that something can be classified as a class A drug, and just because a lot of people take it, it gets to be class B. Not that that's not necessarily a good thing, but what's the point in the laws in the first place if drugs can just be moved from one class to another.
