I think as long as you get them down you'll trip.I make mushroom tea with whatever all the time and it doesn't make em any weaker.mood and setting do make quite a difference.I usually seem to trip harder with lots of people around

Psilocybine is water soluable and psilocine is not.

You lose half of the high when taken in the form of liquids (mushroom smoothies, shakes, teas and soups).

You get off in five to ten minutes and then two hours later you are down to a mild type of pot high.

When consumed fresh or dried over a fifteen to twenty minute period you get high for four to six hours.

even if its not water soluble psylocin ain't goin nowhere it will just settle at the bottom won't it.I don't know though ,thats kind of interesting ,never heard of it gettin weaker in water.I always eat everything though,don't strain all the mush off,matbe thats why

hey mj just because the goods are dilluted there is no reason you loose 50% of the goodies. so are you saying h2o annuls the psilocin?

Your body converts the psilocine into psilocybine through amination after it is eaten.. That is why mushrooms which are high in psilocybine are very potent and not so high otherwise.

Tests by me and stijve found that Australian blue meanies (Copelandia cyanescens were high in psilocine and low in psilocybine and that Hawaiian specimens of Copelandia were high in psilocybine and low in psilocine. That paper can be viewed in the journal PErsoonia.
