Are your cakes dry? Sounds like to little moisture in the cake itself. Plus the whole temp thing sounds a little too high to get shrooms. How are you heating your terrarium? If its got a heating pad or similar heat source, get rid of it. What kind of strain is it? In the future, if your growing in such a warm climate, maybe try growing something like cambo's. They have a higher heat tolerance and fruit in higher temps. Good luck on your batch.

I feel cheated, where can I get the stuff that makes eggs look like brains?

Thank you all... After readin your posts and a few TEKs I realise that my problem must be temperature: Abundant mycelium colonization (it colonize even in the perlite!), but no pinning no fruiting...
Will try to cold shock it if it is not too late...

pinning and fruiting temp in TMC is 74-78 F
colonization temp is 82-86 F with 86 at the peak rate of growth. Make sure you dont get the cakes TOO wet by misting, otherwise i dont know just thought i would drop my 2 cents.
