specific questions building a laminar flow hood

Hello everyone. I have 2 questions regarding building a laminar flow hood.
My Dayton 1TDU2 blower motor runs on a 900 CFM in a 4 cubic feet box and 1.0 static pressure resistance HEPA filter. However, only 400 CFM is required to achieve laminar flow. Since my 900 CFM blower set up is way over the 400 CFM required to achieve laminar flow, pretty much more than double, is this going to affect in any way to the flow? my understanding is that is always better to go over than under the CFM required to achieve laminar flow.
If I decide to connect 2 HEPA filters with 1.0 resistance each, side by side, will my overall resistance still be 1.0 or increase according to each filter?
I would appreciate any help/comments/ideas.
Thanks!!

2 HEPAs side by side do not double or effect the static pressure at all, only the amount of air required.
No common HEPA filter is 1" static pressure at 90-100fpm, the traditional (ASTROCEL I, Airflowtek, BioMAX etc) 6" thick 99.99% HEPAs are typically around 0.4-0.7" at these speeds when new.
Laminar flow clean bench needs to be 90fpm +/- 10fpm no more no less, to be standard. We can save the argument over whether other speeds work for elsewhere this is the accepted standard and if I REAL flowhood can not meat those requirements under intense precise measurements it is not able to be inspected and used in a real lab. If you are blowing twice the amount of air in a given area that is twice the speed.

a glovebox is not suitable for anyone. they are outdated and obsolete. absent a flow hood or a ffu, a sab is used.

ffu. this model is very beautiful and too expensive (10x due to my location and exchange rate difference) I guess sab is my only chance
