So I’ve tried a bunch of these new bigger name chocolate bars. The wonder bar by canna banana, the one up bar, polka dot. My question is what kind of psilocybin extraction method are they using to lead to a product that is accurately dosed and doesn’t taste like there’s anything outside of chocolate in the bar? Someone please help I need to know

I hear a lot of people say these most of these chocolate bars don't contain shrooms but most likely 4-aco-dmt?

I have first hand experience with a real manufacturer making them. Seen the facility and met the guy that does it. Real CBD place that does this after hours.
He only told me he extracts into sunflower seed oil. No idea how or if he's telling the truth, but the end result is incredible.

Crazy that’s one I haven’t heard! I’ve heard of ones with ultrasound machines and alcohol of course. Anyone else heard anything on that?

All you need is powdered mush and good chocolate. No chemicals.

Yep. You're buying shit made in the hood Like all the carts in states that are not legal yet. Those bars are for fools. They advertise that shit on reddit all over the mushroom subs.
Unless you're buying it from someone you know that made them or in a state where they can be sold by a licenced manufacturer you're playing a dumb game called eating random unknown shit.

Ive made at least 8-12 ounces into chocolate.
I just food processor the shrooms into powder.
Then I use a metal bowl on top of another simmering water pot to melt the dark chocolate.
Then I stir in the powder and pour. And do some math afterwards to figure out how much is in roughly each chocolate.
They taste like chocolate with no offputting gritty texture. Dont use white chocolate they end up tasting like ass haha

Granola Bars are the GOAT imo, covers up texture and flavor greatly. Plus you can add whatever you want to it or switch out ingredients like puffed grains over oats ect. The trick is mixing it enough for equal dosing obviously.
Also has anyone else seen those "commercial" chocolate bars? They say "Fun Guy" on them and comes in a designer foil wrapper. It has to be black market, like how wax carts were for so long. But the funny part is they're like only 1 1/2"-2" squares and claim to contain 4gs. So I think it's likely an RC like 4-aco-dmt or similar. I didn't try any to check for any grittiness. As 4-aco-dmt gives me bad stomach cramps. But people get their kicks off on them so I've been told. Still probably synth chems though, made in some industrial lab in China or Canada with unknown purity.

If made commercially, mushroom powder wouldn't necessarily be gritty. They could grind it down into dust if they really wanted to. Hell, you can do that at home: use a sieve and repeatedly re-grind the big pieces. Not worth the effort, probably not good for potency, but fine grinding would be a good element of a commercial process. It would also help with dose consistency.
Of course I can't know it's not 4-aco. That's probably easier to buy than mushrooms, and has a more consistent potency.

If I had the choice I would choose an extracted version of chocolate over the powdered and mixed version. My stomach has never been able to handle dry/uncooked mushrooms.
How they do it I dont know but an extract could be done numerous ways. Concentrated ethanol tincture or even plain ol' concentrated aqueous solution. Then use either and mix into liquid chocolate before pouring into a mold. I don't know about the use of vegetable oils as I don't believe psilocybin is soluble to a workable degree. Glycerin extract may work.
Oils are used for the extraction of THC or CBD..
The cheapest and quickest route to chocolates is of course mixing in dry powder material... If this is being done back door this would be my guess.
