Beautiful fruits angam! I find that a lot of fresh air helps them grow very strong and pretty 🤩

So would you just fan more often or leave the lid off at times? Will be starting Natalensis soon.

Fuuuuuck fanning!!
The thing with fresh air exchange is it’s a balancing act where you try to get as much as you can while still maintaining good humidity.
I’m starting to think that it’s actually the sunlight/uv rays that make a difference. I built a chamber for pans that was basically open air with constant slight breeze, and when I put tamps in there they still looked the same, nothing like outdoor.
I’m getting a uv bulb for some experiments soon.

Definitely report back. Information on Natal trips is one of the most interesting things for me these days.

Thanks.I think that the size fruits is most affected by the temperature difference from 15-30 degrees Celsius. It's cold at night, hot during the day.In total, this factor is combined with the cover, moisture and air. Here, for example, is a cubensis growing under the same conditions.

I thought that you ingested Maoi Maoa or maob inhibitors before consuming Dmt or psilo to make it active (Dmt) or stronger (psilohusca).
Not that they also occured in the mushroom's themselves! That's amazing
That would be interesting if true. The unicorn batch I got last year and couldn't manage to ever revive was about 1/3 fuzzy and had the cleanest most immersive trips.
RE the other MOAI comments, I've gone pretty ham on rue stacked on shrooms without issues, but I've found 3-5g rue seed is the sweet spot regardless of the shroom dose. I suspect a lot of rue issues come from treating it as a ratio and ODing on the rue. I don't have any MAOI contraindications, so that is relevant.

Wall.E said: The only thing I’ve noticed is an increase in fae helps reduce the blobbiness
After fighting the fuzziness swallowing the fruits vs getting enough air but having everything dry out, I resorted to turning the lid 90 degrees, pulling the amphibian fogger and rain bird out and running it at 65%RH. Made a night and day difference in growth and became set and forget for a couple flushes before the sub exhausted.

I've had what look like 2 phenotypes so far from an MSS syringe that were grown side by side with identical grain, coir, casing, tub size, environment, etc. One was pinky length spaghetti thin tiny and poor producing. The other produced sorta pan looking. Once shifting to the FAE mentioned above the tiny pheno improved very slightly, and the pan looking pheno started looking more like small chubby cubes. I printed both and swabbed brown rice cups and they grew pretty different. The poor growing one was the less rhizomic of the two which is the opposite of some observations I read here earlier. I have a second print which produced two other different looking myc that I'll get to eventually.

This.
Exceptionally positive trips seem to be pretty common with natal from what we’ve had reported here.
I dosed shrooms twice now from the above grows. Both were a mix of the two phenos above.
The first was 5g dry made into tea + 1g citric acid (~2% of wet weight) taken with coffee (I had forgotten that I do not like that mix). The trip started out very erotic and inquisitive, and turned pretty dark about half way through. I watched myself in third person (do something I won't traumatize the board with repeating) in slightly varying loops. Potency seemed about 3x beyond prior experience with PE (specifically it felt like taking 15g PE - not citrus or lemon tek'd but stacked with rue). It had a face numbing effect which I attributed to the coffee.
The second was 45g wet simmered + 0.9g citric acid. I got blasted with an also very dark universality experience. I've been working through a lot of personal baggage, so that may have been the influencer in the trips. It may also be a poor variety for doing citric tek on. Both trips were personally valuable, but "exceptionally positive" would not enter the descriptive vernacular.

Wow man those are huge doses.
5g would have literally in another realm, i can’t even imagine what that dose would be like.
This was just mushrooms and not rue or anything right?

Like I’ve said before, they’ll dick ya down if you need it, but if you’re looking to have a fun trip then they’ll help you out too. Very fascinating mushrooms.

I think I'm getting the skinny phenotype (or maybe it's because of the growing conditions in this shoebox)

Anyhow, I'm excited

This was just mushrooms and not rue or anything right?
Yeah, just the mushroom and citric acid. No rue these times since I wanted to get a feel for the mushroom. I'll try non citric again to see how much that was influencing. I don't advise dosages, but I personally have been fond of the 15-30g range with cubes. It's basically a multi hour DMT trip. And yeah, other realm is the point. Watch universes form in dimensional layers type stuff. Definitely a voyage to take from bed rather than out in nature.
I'd really like to see these things profiled for potency though. If "average" GT is around 0.6%, and PE is in the 0.9% range, these things have to be in the 1.5-2.0 range which sounds odd as that would rival wood lovers. That or there is a collection of contributors.

I’m so glad I found this thread. I acquired a few colonized grain bags from a friend with zero info.
I have been g2g expanding for 3 generations and decided to go to fruit after I had all these crazy mycelium Aerial structures and chopped some climbing mycelium and took it to agar.
Early in my expansions I took some to bulk (composted manure/coco/verm). They seemed to stall at half colonization. This was more than a months ago.
To my surprise one bag started pinning.
🤩 I decided to create some trays and more to more smaller bulk myco bags.
I’m am trying to dial in my room.
Any one have any suggestions or modifications to my plans? …
Warm in the day (lights on) Cool at night (dark)
Constant Intake with filter on high full blast indirect (high elevation) — keeps positive pressure in room, provides lots of FAE
Hourly exhaust on lowest setting (low elevation) — causes drop in RH forcing Humidifier to kick on and fog the room up keeping the colonized subs from drying out.
Rotating fan to create a breeze
Specific temp/Rh settings— Day: 85F 93% RH
Night: 74F 93% RH

Often the Spagettis do not really drop spores in my experience. I use second flush fruits or onwards for prints.

Triple,
Your operation is more high tech than ours. We mostly grow in tubs and don't measure the RH inside, though we know it's quite high. Your temperatures are okay. I suggest you focus on germinating spores from those fruit so you can get more genetics going to find a strain that suits your conditions. Or if you believe that strain is good, clean it up on agar and grow it out with less aggressive G2G (maybe LC would be better?). Because the technique you used has already failed somewhere, given the slow colonization and sparse pinset. It won't do as well as a grow that didn't struggle so much in the earlier stages.
Welcome to the forum!
