Foster's beer, product of Canada?

It says right on the can... Toronto, Canada.

I just figured if I was going to buy an imported Australian beer, it might be from Australia? I still like it

Yeah... a lot of imported beer, particularly the "popular" ones like Foster's, AStel Light, Heineken, etc. are often brewed right here in North America with the "recipe" being imported... heh.

They save a LOT of money this way.

Imagine shipping all that beer overseas and trying to keep the cost low.

I'd like to bring a bottle of the stuff sold here in the America's to compare with those actually brewed overseas.

That is just like how most Mexicans don't drink Corona. Most drink either Tecate or Dos Equis.
