She has been on Joe Rogan Experience a few times, usually with good info.
If you can't respect her. . .
What in the fuck is wrong with you?

I got a lot of respect for her too. Her earlier episodes on jre were a goldmine of information. She’s really good at explaining complex things but I still have to go over it a couple of times to fully absorb what she’s saying.
I am really interested introducing broccoli sprouts into my diet for the sulforaphane
Also
Rhonda is Hott
She has that gorgeous healthy glow and her level of intelligence makes my knees weak

Edit: apologies Linus Pauling was espousing the crap... Feyman was laughing at him

In as concise a way as possible, could you layout what your overall thoughts are, what you're generally trying to communicate. Why should I invest an hour and 20 minutes into learning about Vitamin C?
Could you also clarify the reasons for preemptively establishing a base of respect by questioning anyone who might not? What reasons might I have for not respecting her that it's necessary to establish the fact? Is it important in the grand scheme of things as it relates to Vitamin C?
Have you watched the presentation yourself? What are the key points that you're trying to bring to light? At what time-stamps can I find these points in the video?

I heard it on Joe rofgan.
She says you can't pass certain a blood level threshold from just eating Vit C. That level is insignificant and eating 10,000mg won't do anything better than 1000mg
That if you want to do some cray health shit with Vit C you need to intravenously shoot it up. She even says that shooting it up might aid in treating cancers. She also shoots it up herself for some unclear reason, just because it might do something good.

Oh, I don't know, maybe for a fact that your body doesn't make it, although it is vital in human health.

Linus was discredited for attempting to cure cancer with vitamins A, C, E and selenium. While vitamin C is soluble in water, both vitamins A and E are fat soluble, which may be where problems occurred from an accumulated amount of A and E?
Also, he was trying to cure cancer. He was trying. He wanted to help people. Why people get hate for trying to help is beyond me.
And then to call him a quack after all his accomplishments is a little disrespectful, IMO.
He was 65 when he heard about vitamin C, after making a comment while giving a speech, saying he would like to live an extra 25 years.
He died at age 93.
But vitamins? Nah, they don't do shit.

Good points. Body also doesn't produce iron but it's also vital for human health.

yeah I like when rhonda patrick talks about satchin panda's time restricted eating, but I drink my coffee around 7am-8am and that would start the clock so I would have to stop consuming stuff at around 4pm-5pm to do that routine, but really i dont even start to get hungry to eat till around 4pm-5pm, I tried a couple times to eat my dinner around 11am and fast the rest of the day but when I do that im fine till around 8pm-9pm and then I want to munch out again

Magnesium is good, too!
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnesium_deficiency#:~:text=Magnesium%20deficiency%20is%20an%20electrolyte,%2C%20personality%20changes%2C%20and%20nystagmus.
"Deficiency of magnesium can cause tiredness, generalized weakness, muscle cramps, abnormal heart rhythms, increased irritability of the nervous system with tremors, paresthesias, palpitations, low potassium levels in the blood, hypoparathyroidism which might result in low calcium levels in the blood, chondrocalcinosis, spasticity and tetany, migraines, epileptic seizures, basal ganglia calcifications and in extreme and prolonged cases coma, intellectual disability or death.[7] Magnesium plays an important role in carbohydrate metabolism and its deficiency may worsen insulin resistance, a condition that often precedes diabetes, or may be a consequence of insulin resistance.[8]
People being treated on an intensive care unit (ICU) who have a low magnesium level may have a higher risk of requiring mechanical ventilation, and death."

Emphasis mine, why do you conflate his taking vitamins with his longevity?
Plenty of studies out there show 0 to negative benefit of taking vitamins, especially mega doses. The longest lived peoples on earth (by avg life span) don.t have the type pf unregulated health food/supplement market the US does. Instead, they eat balanced and healthy in moderation and tend to be far more physically active. But by all means keep taking your vitamins, placebo is a helll of a drug.
