Panaeolus subbalteatus Grow bag from Cyber -Shrooms - Contam or BS.

I bought a couple of Panaeolus subbalteatus inoculated grow bags from Cyber Shrooms.
The first one was left in a cool place for a few weeks to allow the white myc to colonise the bag and then mixed in with some straw/Coir/Horse P over the winter. This fully colonised the substrate and then was planted out doors.
I bought a second bag and left that in a cool place for a few weeks but the myc did not colonise the bag. All that is in the bag is a shiny brown goo. I got in touch with the seller (Cyber-Shrooms.com in Holland) to let him know and I got the following message back.
It happens more often the Panaeolus subbalteatus 'fools'customers in two ways.
1) blue-green mini sclerotia which form after colonisation of the spawn giving the idea of a greenish mold infection.
2) It colonizes grain spawn in a way without the typically strong white mycelium and instead it starts to form numerous white mini sclerotia which turn green-blue upon maturation.
If you would have informed shortly after receiving of the spawn bags we would have explained this. The Semilanceata has a much slower metabolism and a very different growing rate etc. So unfortunately i can not do anything more than give you all this information.
Best regards, Rick
I did not say there was any greenish mold. Is the above true because it sounds like BS to me and a way for the guy to not send me a another bag or give a refund. I feel a bit ripped off.
Appreciate any help and advice on these outdoor species that I am trying to grow.

They're not lying. P. cinctulus (subbalteatus) will produce small blue sclerotia in pretty large numbers. Check out this thread Blue Pearls
However, your brown goo is probably full of bacteria.

Hi, cinctulus myc look like this, so yeah grey blue sclerotia is normal with this specie:
but in my opinion don’t put money for those bags if you’re in Germany you can find them easily in the wild during end of spring even sometime in summer after big rain, take a print and start your grow from the beginning (or trade a print with someone who find them or cultivate it, but as they are relatively weak, Pan lovers are more into Pan cyan, cambo or bispo...)
