So I'm drinking like 2-3 protein shakes a day, and I was doing chocolate & cayenne, which is ok. It boosts your metabolism or something. But then also I did chocolate and pumpkin spice with extra cloves and cinnamon, and now they're all like that. It's got antioxidants and phyto-whatsits and stuff.
Here my breakfast shake:
3 TBS pea protein (pure unflavored) 1 TBS whey powder (chocolate) 1 TBS casein powder (chocolate) 1 TBS cocoa powder (also antioxidants, apparently) 1/4 tsp cloves (hella antioxidants) 1 massive dump pumpkin spice 1 massive dump cinnamon 1 some splenda
Imma be way ahead of everybody this fall. My autumn powers will be through the roof 9000+ and shit. I'll have to resort to maple pecan or something as my special fall flavor to get off on.
Also, molasses & peanut butter is good.

If you have true pumpkin addiction, ditch the spice. Use pumpkin pie mix. I scoop it into eggnog.

No pumpkin. Just spice.
Actually, I probably should put it in some pumpkin instead. I need the fiber.
I wonder what my powers will be. Like an organic Green Goblin, probably.

What even is pumpkin spice thought? How did that manufacturer capture 'pumpkin' in that little spice mix? How much pumpkin is actually in contact with the final product?

It's the spice that goes in pumpkin pie. It's full name is actually Pumpkin Pie Spice, but people just call it pumpkin spice.
It's cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and sometimes allspice.
