Grain Bags are deforming..

I've been searching today while pressure cooking but all I've seen is how to build a ship on the bags or work without a flow hood, neither were the ticket btw lol.
Whats up guys so I recently switched to 5lb bags for spawn rather than 10lbs. I bought from a different supplier that claims the same thickness 2.2 mil. I am in no way blaming the suppliers but I am experiencing an oddity in the sterilization stage and I'm not new but I am fairly new with bags soo..

These all came from the same batch by said supplier, my only concern is that all though they say 2.2 mil just like the last supplier said, they feel thinner to the touch right out of the box.
As you can tell the grain bags that are colonized came out nicely, however 2 batches today ballooned out and made a half moon shape resulting in ruined and/or burst bags. Until recent failure I have stacked them all the same way and maintained the same procedures with sterilization but for what ever reason the results were hit and miss. I have used these bags for a few weeks but today is the second time I have had failures and I'm unsure why.
I always fold with the filter inward so it doesn't get wet. I make super neat folds and blocks pre sterilization. I run through a proper heating and cooling per bodhi. I have recently tried grain soak rather than boil (to prepare more at a time) but I have experienced bags doing well and failing with both methods? I do think POSSIBLY my sterilization gets too hot for THESE bags as I run at 17psi with a weighted vent to keep quite and lose minimal water during a 2.5 hour run.
In the end I am unsure what is going wrong but I had assumed the bags couldnt vent due to how they were layered so I turned this last run upside down and allowed the openings to sit up right and free to breathe, but as you can tell that did nothing for me. I seen where MOSSY CREEK on youtube stacks his like that so I gave it a try for the sake of venting, again I would suppose its just to hot for these bags.
Let me know what you think im doing wrong so I can take another shot at it and update this.

I managed to find a post on rapid cooling causing the expansion of the bags. I'll admit I had a ton of spawn to do today so I didn't leave it in the pressure cooker very long after the pressure hit zero. Although the lid lock was down, now I'm curious if the ballooning happened when I opened the lid in front of the flow hood. I think I will go with thicker bags and take my time with cool down.

I left my stove on low after my bag cycle was complete to let it slowly lose pressure over time, instead of cooling off to ambient temp passively to try to prevent the rapid cooldown burst problem. All my bags were fine but one, which had a burst corner like you have in those pics. It was just unsupplemented HWFP, at least, so less work was lost. I used a ton of jar lid rings in there too. The corner of the burst bag had inflated and came through one of my ring lids, and I'm not sure if it melted from the hot PC wall, or if inflated with air to the point where it popped.

Bad quality bags, or your water is getting too low causing excess heat.
