Hey verum & pitcher!
Thanks for chiming in. All of my T-1 transfers came off of growth like this.
It's the only organized growth I see as the others look disorganized.
I've been reading tons but can find anything that looks like this. Possiblity mold?

The one you took the transfers from is the best of the four. The other three are looking questionable to me in this new photo. I'd like to see how the new transfers grow out.

Thanks pitch & vs!
Well as a backup I germinated my other spore print. I think this looks better. Any opinions would be appreciated.
I'm just hoping either T-2 of my first germination plate (doesn't look right)
Or these new T-1 transfers off this T-0 plate shown above work out.
Otherwise as I may have to start a pftek and clone off those fruits.
Thanks Shroomery.

Man this has been quite the ride for you! That germ plate looks more promising. Please continue to post pictures of your transfers and we'll do our best to advise you. It's good to go to T2-T3 from the germ plate just to be safe. Do you have the means of starting a PF jar if this doesn't work out?

Thanks for the help Pitcher.
I inoculated 5 brf jars 2 days ago just as a backup and since I had a few syringes around.
This has been a ride to say the least. It's been fun but I feel overwhelmed when nothing has gone smoothly.
Even my first pftek attempt only 3 of 5 jars made it. Thanks again!

Yeah man... I wonder what's going on. Seems like if you got vendor prints they'd be cleaner to say the least. I hope this next round produces some results!

I forgot I already did transfers on a early germination plate of the new spore print.
I think this T-1 already looks "better" than the transfers from the first print.
I could be wrong. I usually am but I'm hopeful.

Germ plates are tricky. That looks suspect to me. Only way to find out is a transfer. Could be anything from straight mold to cube myc with a little sumpin sumpin to straight cube myc.

I'm stumped. As shown all my germination plates look suspicious. These are off 2 prints from a reliable vendor.
The transfers haven't gone well as shown in this thread.
These are the latest.
Anything I could be missing here?
I went back in again and streaked more plates with a different agar recipe and even used a syringe.
Thank u

Looks dirty. Mighta just had shit in it from the beginning. I'd be looking forward to some new spores. Market place might be just what you need.

I'm with Verum. I believe the spore prints are the issue... Seems like you're doing everything right and still ending up with shit every time.

Thanks Verum, Pitcher & everyone that's helped me on this thread. You guys been great!
I'll see if the vendor can help but it's past the 30-60 day window.

I'd probably go with a different vendor or hit up the market place.

I've already emailed the vendor. Is that bad practice? The other vendors don't work for me atm.
One very kind shroomery member has reached out to offer help- he/she had the foresight that the prints may have been the issue.

Naw it's fine to email vendors. Most are super helpful and will replace your prints/syringes no questions asked. If you mention you're a shroomery member sometimes they will throw in an extra for free. I hope you are able to get them replaced!

trying again from the same print but a different place can sometimes fix the issue. Just depends how fucked it is.

Thanks VS. Good idea!
Do you mean using another section of the print? Or moving my workspace?
The 2nd print was small so there were two in there. I went to the untouched print and waiting for those to germinate
