Tall boys.

Is this from a MS or print?

Growing from spores you don't know what your gonna get genetics wise most of the time except with a few exceptions.
I would try to clone the tallest one, could be fun.

need more fresh air my first guess if everything else if good..  if my fae is poor and genetics/grow medium is perfect, they usually have stunted growth like in your tray.

I purchased spore syringes from the same supplier I've previously used.

These tub were a resurrection of stalled bags however. I had 2 bags, one of treasure coast and one of penis envy that stalled after I shook them up and never got more than 1/4 of a bag, so I decided to try mixing the good mycelium in the bag (removed the other grains) and mixed it with 1/4 of the substrate to see if it would take hold and it did. After I could see the myc starting to take hold I added some more substrate on top to bulk it out so there was more for it to take hold of and hopefully get a larger yield.

The treasure coast (left) have fruited, however the penis envy (right) which looks like perfect myc growth hasn't even pinned yet...

RE: FAE, I've removed the polyfill from 2 of the holes and reduced it in the other 2, the humidity hovers around 98-99%. Are you suggesting I need to increase it further? Won't my humidity drop further?

Thanks for the help.

MS Genetics.

Also, from personal experience, APEs and PEs take a little longer to colonize and pin. But again, that is up to genetics if using MS and you can get some that are fast.

Multi-Spore. It's what you get when you buy a syringe. Billions of spores with as many different genetics.

So you don't know which genetics will be expressed when you grow. They could colonize slow or fast. Grow tall or short, fat or skinny, etc.

Tc seem to be taller than normal most of the time.

It looks like the tub might have an air/bacteria problem though.

What makes you think it's bacteria?

Just the sparse pinset and sorta stretched lumpy look of some of them but idk for sure.

The big ones in the first picture look healthy though.

You think that's tall and skinny? I just grew out some TC from a MSS in a shoebox and I'll show you some tall and skinny  I don't claim to have my technique dialed in at all, but I had B+, Golden Teacher, and Mazatapec running at the same time and they all came out looking normal, so I suspect it's just the genetics. FWIW, I took clones of each variety, but the TC was a real pain to get a clean sample from because the stems were so skinny.
