NO PREP MILLET TEKI in NO way saying I invented or came up with this. It's the most simple grain prep ever. This is just to let people know. If millet is available in your area, USE it. It's awesome but one of harder to find grain. I order it through my local farm store. White Feed millet. If it's not feed, it's probably coated. Here comes the tek, if you can even call it that. I feel like I have to keep typing since this is going to be a very short instructional tutorial of cereal grain prep in quart container's. Hopefully I've made a paragraph by now. Fuck it, let's get to it. This is for QUART jars.STEP 1Get MilletSTEP 2Open that bag, tear the little strip in the top and it'll open nicely STEP 3Get you a cup of milletpour it in the quart jarSTEP 41/2 cup of waterYep, pour it inSTEP 5PC for 90 min, you're fucking doneThis tek is soo easy, you'll never come back to read it again. Thanks for stopping by.

I haven't tried it with bags. For bags I use oats or wheat. If I did it I would make one with 4 cups to 2 cups and another with 1 and 3/4 water. I feel like at higher amounts the water may need be to be taken down a bit.

Nice one Crack! Thx for taking the time to share.
My one gripe with millet is my messy ass tends to get it everywhere... this seems to solve that problem.

i do no prep millet in bags at 35-37% moisture by weight of TOTAL bag. 6lb recipe 3.9lb millet + 2.1lb water sometimes 3.75 lb millet and 2.25 lb water.
You need to let it soak for several hours lest it expands while PCing and stretches your bags out like an old mans sack.
Too bad millet has TRIPLED in price at my feed store the last few months. It's up to $35 a 50lb bag.

yea luckily wheat is still cheap. I find that wheat holds waaay more water than millet I am still trying to find the sweet spot. 35% was butt ass dry and 40% worked pretty good but it may like 42-45%. But millet is the best spawn man.
Nice tek! sandman seal of approval
