It probably will be eventless but what I'd hope:
"The non-explainable UFO's seen are drone craft from the future where human society has mastered time travel. We will make it through this cantury and are, in fact, helped by them to get over this hitch."

There's a really good film where that happens, but it's the twist at the end so I don't want to say which film. It's a new-ish one though :L

The Pentagon will likely frame it in a way that produces a perception of threat because that is pretty much it's default reaction to everything.

Maybe the Americans need an alien threat so that they can stop being pathological partisan hacks and actually become a functional society again?

The fact is that UFOs are two things, half real half fake. The US government would easily give you all the fakes so they could get tax payer support to increase funding that further eliminates, targets, or counters the UFO spy-vehicles. "We need to study aliens." Except they are just beefing up against China pretending to be aliens so they can spy on US soil without being so heavily tracked. Because they can't do anything about the actual aliens. Disinformation/declassification as a anti-espionage propaganda. It's all just bullshit. Letting us interact on an interplanetary level isn't profitable when you're comfortable and in control where you are. You don't give your slave a horse, he'll just ride away.

If you move your hands fast enough they make a WOOSH sound. When you do tai chi you don't want to woosh but when you do woosh without wanting to woosh that's when you know you could kill guys. Sometimes I take it to the next level with ephedrine and cannabis. I'm friends with a guy who met Dennis Rodman and he knows all the tai chi

I believe UFO's are manifestations of the human psyche, just like poltergeist phenomena.
That is, they are actually there for the moment they exist, but are manifested from the observer outward.

I think there are two distinct possibilities. The actual UFOs, which are far and few between, are either more like time travellers(to solve the distance/time dilemma) or many of the craft themselves are more like mental projections. Move at the speed of light? Why not be light. I've seen a lot of weird shit. I could write a book on it. I could probably get famous if I just bought a decent camera. And the ones that were REALLY weird, they seemed to know they were observed. Like maybe there's some weird quantum property to the method of travel that makes it so the psychological link between the user and the machine has to acknowledge observance. If you've ever seen a legit UFO you know they move in a way beyond the physical limitations of biological reaction time. Piloting the things could be like some meditative OBE, just touch the thingy and think your way through free space

Poltergeist effects have physical evidence too, including objects shattering for no apparent reason.

I always liked the term pro bono interdimensional proctologists who show up at night.

Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Psalm 12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Hebrews 11:3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. I had a UFO experience 30 years ago while flying my own plane. I didn't see little green men, nor was I abducted and operated on. However, what I saw that night was definitely not something that current technology can explain, as it was traveling far faster than any fighter plane or missile I've ever witnessed.
I wasn't high or drunk, or tired.
Could it have been a time traveler, or from interdimsional space? Of course, that's why it's unidentified. I'm always curious about the experiences of trained pilots, so I look forward to these reports. We don't mistake weather balloons for martians. RR

There's always a logic way of thinking. For instance.. the other night my wife and I were hanging out watching tv. Out of nowhere we here what sounds like a laundry basket sliding across the floor. Both kids were upstairs asleep and my wife and I were nowhere near the laundry room.
My wife was freaked out and was trying to find comfort in me, but I too, was a little weirded out.
I decide to get up and investigate. I slowly walk towards the laundry room while trying to analyze the situation. Ghosts? No, no such thing. Intruder? Everything is locked. Dog? Nope she's locked up too. At this point I too am a little freaked out.
Firstly, I flip the light switch. I see the laundry basket in question and now I'm even more on the edge. I'm literally getting ready to box this super natural intruder. Then I realize.
My wife had collected all the dirty clothes and got them ready to wash the next morning. This pile of clothes had slow toppled over which in turn pushed the basket.
Now, an illogical person that strongly believes in ghosts would have instantly wrote it off as a haunting or whatever.
