Submerged fermentation sterilisation for Mulch

Hello everyone I really appreciate you looking into my post and hope to hear a response.
I was watching Paul stamets video on how some people use mulch that is fermented in liquid for 2 weeks which only develops anaerobic bacteria and after two weeks they flush out the water and let the substrate air out causing the anaerobic bacteria to be sterilised with the oxygen.
I live in Australia and I'm planning to use my stem butts of P.Subaerguinosa after i air out at 2 weeks.
Currently i am storing them in an airtight container with a little water in a dark place while i wait for this process.
I have tried looking at the forums on this topic and couldn't find anything have has anyone tried this before or have any information leading to a thread?
Might i also add i am planning to do an outdoor grow in a pot and the mulch is mainly fine pine mulch.
Thank you so much for your attention again and I appreciate your time.

Anaerobic bacteria are found everywhere. And its not because they've managed to stay in places where there was no oxygen for the last 2+ billion years in a row.
Only a few bacterium on the surface will die when exposed to air. Anaerobic bacteria tend to make biofilms to protect themselves from air exposure.

Where do you start. Making up research to suggest mycelium is more "potent" than fruiting bodies to sell supplements made without mushrooms.
Saying mushrooms cured his mother's cancer
Button mushroom mafia is trying to silence him.
Ripping off RR
Identifying new species that already exist just to name them after friends
The list goes on

So do you suggest that anaerobic fermentation sterilization is not a good go for mycelium propogation for my particular strain?
Do you reccomend something else i can do with the stem butts i have.
Thanks

You can use soaked wood as is for an outdoor grow.

Awesome, do you have any reccomendation for a technique? Should i wait until the woodchips in my container be fully colonized before I transplant and should layer it?
I Also understand that there are many considered variable as to when I should expect fruit but do you have a rough estimate of how long this takes?
This strain is heavily in season at the moment and will be for the following 3 months.
