Try re-uploading your pictures. If it's not contams is most likely conditions....small chance it's genetics.

If this is your first grow how can you be so confident that it's not contamination?

the sub on the mono looks both really dry and wet at the same time lol its also uneven with some coir in the air around the sides, you want it to all be at the same level to create a better climate for a full pinset there is also some discoloration going on and some spots that are still uncolonized in there which points me to contam, but how long has it been since you mixed the mono? the golden teachers need more fae - they look skinny and choked (could be genetics) & fuzzy feet

The BM tub isn't fully colonized which leads me to believe it's stalling from competition. Using spore syringes to grains can increase the likelihood of bacteria....which is probably what's going on here. I don't think it's FAE issue, but it wouldn't surprise me if the over field capacity and the MS syringe to grains in conjunction is causing some issues.
Anytime you got slow growth or no growth you can pretty much assume it got some contamination holding up the process...only thing you can do from here is ride it out best you can and hope for the best.

PE usually takes a little longer to pin than garden variety Cubensis.
When pinning is triggered before the sub is fully colonized that's a good indicator of contamination forcing reproduction...it's a survival reaction to whenever is disrupting the Mycelium to colonize properly.
