I've placed several orders from various Shroomery sponsors. No problems so far with the merchandise. But guys, if you say you'll e-mail me a tracking number when my order ships, please do so! It's not a big deal; the most important thing is getting what I ordered. And if you don't want to fool around with tracking numbers that's fine with me too, but one way or the other. OK?

Sporeworks and MycoBag.com have a policy to always send tracking numbers and shipping notifications to all customers who provide valid emails when using our payment systems. We even do this for mail order customers who provide email addresses on their printed order forms.

There will be some times when email just doesn't get through, especially if an error was made in submitting your email address, typing it or writing it on the order form.

Having tracking information in hand while the order ships in invaluable to reducing the number of returned orders. It also feels good to know exactly when you should expect something.

We get tracking # for all our packages but unless you ask for it we don't send another e mail giving it to you. We really don't even bother people unless theres a free item they forget about or a delay on there shipping for some reason. Other than that we pack and ship.
Very few people even ask for it or even confirm that i got there order and what not. its a Quiet process.

We always give a shipping notice whenever a customer provides a valid e-mail address. We sometimes get mail orders with an email address that is not readable, and that is the only time our customers who provide an e-mail address don't get a shipping notice.

It IS our policy to send tracking numbers with orders...

however...

we sometimes find that we're swamped with orders, so by time we get around to sending those emails, the package has already been delivered...

I'd rather see all the packages get out than have some not get out to give us time to notify everyone...

so perhaps I should change my sites policy to "we'll send a tracking number if requested"...

Being a vendor, I'll jump in here :smile:

Myco Supply usually ships via UPS. 

Say you place an order, we make up a label using UPS's software and attach it to your package.

When we run our "End of Day" report, UPS emails you. 

So sometimes the emails don't reach who they should. 

In other words, some vendors don't directly email their customers. 

If you ever have a problem with tracking numbers don't be afraid to email or PM the vendor.

Most vendors here are very easy going and although half crazy :smile:  they will help you!

I ve made several attempts to contact RALPH about an order that is long over due and he does not even bother replying to EMAILS or PM'S.Do the vendors get to pick and choose who they like and decide if they wish to correspond to a customer?Always had good luck in the past with RALPHSTERS SPORES but this will change my choice in the future!!

I dont necessarily beleive that anyone should be ok with the fact that their order is delayed because of a family emergency..

that is extremely unprofessional. Business is business and if he can not handle it himself he should hire out or refrain from taking customers money.

I can't think of anyone saying anything more ignorant than you just did  :mad2:

Vendors are not Walmart, not Amazon.com. They are small businesses run by 1 or 2 people who make a small living off of this.
