This was my first gourmet harvest. Spray and grow kit, but you've got to start somewhere, right? I think they were a bit dry and needed some more light, but they were delicious anyway!

That second one is killer! I've had a few knobby Shiitake about the size of golf balls too, wasn't sure if it's the culture I'm running or what. Good to know that it's not uncommon, I'm just getting into running these regularly..

First harvest of black pearl oysters. May have picked a tad late as some of the stems seems soft and a couple had bumpy stipes kind of like natalensis throws out sometimes. Fruiting outdoors in bags has been interesting.

It's my go to mate. I like the blackberry whatever one and the lemon too but orange is always my favorite. They are all just imposters though and coca cola is my true love but I try to limit myself to one a week

Don't cut into bags with dull knives. Hit a few caps/pins/stipes This lions mane culture is awful compared to my other ones. Typically produces these scraggly tiny fruits.

Crap picture didn't want to burn my eyes out with light at 5am.
