It looks kinda dry though based on the yellowing, it should fruit if its really mushroom mycelia. How was the smell? How long did it take to fully colonize? What substrate? What inoculant did you use?

It looks like you babied it to death, but she can be saved! I would mist it until soaked and keep the lid closed. How heavy is it? Compare, mentally, the weight when you spawned it vs meow. Don't fan it anymore.

Yea,a good soak could probably help rehydrate it a bit. I know Thats what I would do if I was in your shoes.

Yeah that looks matted from getting soaked and dried out.
I’d rehydrate it then leave the lid on the tub. No fanning and maybe light misting every couple days if needed.
Once the myc has dried out and matted it won’t hold water like it should, but next time you want the surface to colonize and then keep a layer of small water beads on top.

How long should I soak it in your view? Do you think it'll fruit or too far gone at this point?

No it should be fine.
It’s hard to tell. I’d probably soak it for half an hour but a lot of people go way longer. Anything over a couple hours and I start getting problems with waterlogged mushrooms.

Do u force it to submerge in the water for half an hour or is it just floating?

Baby'ing the tubs can actually do more harm than good.
My recommendation is to check on it 1-2 times a day.
Ask yourself if the surface looks like the photo below after the surface has colonized.
Give it 7-10 days.
If it looks drier, give it a light mist.
If you open it and you feel a wave of warm air come up from the tub, you can probably give it a bit more FAE to avoid aborts.
