Do you wrap your dishes once you’ve poured or let them harden?

Howdy everyone. Questions in the title. Once you pour your agar dishes, do you wrap them immediately while they’re still liquid or let them sit, say, overnight until they’re hardened/solid? I’ve done a combination of both but seem to get a bit more contamination when I let them sit overnight before wrapping/inoculating.

They will solidify in just a little bit. If in a SAB i cover the holes and go have a beer. Come back and wrap. If in the flow, I just leave them sitting in the flow, go have a beer and come back and wrap. If they are in an environment suited for pouring, they certainly should be fine to sit for a good while without contaminating.
